Shut down the PLA’s companies here

Yesterday, the U.S. Senate once again acted unanimously against the Chinese Communist Party. In this case, it condemned the CCP’s imminent crushing of freedom in Hong Kong and approved significant sanctions against the perpetrators and financial institutions implicated in or otherwise enabling such repression.

Yesterday, the U.S. Senate once again acted unanimously against the Chinese Communist Party. In this case, it condemned the CCP’s imminent crushing of freedom in Hong Kong and approved significant sanctions against the perpetrators and financial institutions implicated in or otherwise enabling such repression.

The opportunity now exists for vastly greater pressure to be brought to bear on the Chinese Communists. The Pentagon has just identified twenty of their corporations that are doing business directly or indirectly in this country, even though they are arms of the People’s Liberation Army. They are making money, raising capital and surely doing other things CCP operatives do here incessantly – for example, acquiring militarily relevant technology and stealing intellectual property.

President Trump has the authority to shut down these PLA entities’ activities here. He needs to do it now, for Hong Kong and for America.
