Undo the Obamabomb Deal, Starting With Boeing’s Arming the Mullahs

One of Barack Obama’s most dangerous legacies is his “Obamabomb” deal with Iran.  Far from ending the mullahs’ pursuit of nuclear weapons, the deal is enabling it, notably at covert underground military facilities like Fardow that are off-limits to inspectors and are now protected by advanced Russian air defenses.

The deal’s transfer of many tens of billions of dollars to Tehran is also enabling a massive upgrading of the Iranian military – a force that is already being used to our detriment, both directly and through proxies like Iran’s foreign legion, Hezbollah.

The House of Representatives is expected today to vote against efforts by an American company, Boeing, that would, predictably, increase Iran’s power-projection capabilities by selling dozens of modern, commercial – but inherently dual-use – aircraft to Iran.

Stopping this transaction should be but the first step towards undoing the Obamabomb deal.
