Bolton Affirms the US-Israel Alliance
United States National Security Advisor John Bolton affirmed the strength of the U.S.-Israeli alliance and declared the US position that the Jewish state has the right to defend itself.
“Thank you PM @netanyahu for the warm welcome back to Israel,” Bolton tweeted on Sunday, “The alliance between the United States and Israel is unbreakable, and under the Trump Administration, our ties grow ever stronger by the day. U.S. support for Israel’s right to self-defense is unwavering.”

Last year the Trump administration took historic action when it relocated the US embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, the capital of the Jewish homeland.
And in another move praised by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in 2018, the Trump administration announced that the US would exit the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC).
Former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley staunchly supported the Jewish state during her tenure in the notoriously anti-Israel world body.
