Bully Obama Wields His Pulpit

Yesterday, President Obama delivered a speech defending his fatally flawed Obamabomb deal with Iran. It gave the term “bully pulpit” a whole new meaning.

Mr. Obama alternated between: lying about the benefits of this agreement and the support it enjoys around the world; contemptuously dismissing its bipartisan critics; and vilifying in particular Israelis and their judgment that the deal poses an existential threat.

Mr. Obama hopes to get his way by heightening partisan and other divisions. He’s pressing congressional Democrats to ignore their sworn duty to protect our constitutional republic and its people, and instead protect him and his so-called “legacy.”

The truth is that Barack Obama is a bully. If he’s not stopped by the rejection of this disastrous deal with Iran, expect vastly worse for the duration of his presidency.
