Dr. J. Phillip “Jack” London, Executive Chairman of CACI, is the guest for the entire show to talk about his new book, “Character: The Ultimate Success Factor.” London gives an account of the importance of character and how it has played a role in his long career. He lists what he considers to be the four intangibles of leadership (namely, integrity; courage and conviction; commitment; and vision) and why he believes that some of the current scandals affecting the United States, such as the Snowden leaks and cheating in the nuclear forces, are evidence of a problem with character in the country.
