Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy is one of a growing number of law enforcement professionals who have concluded that Hillary Clinton has engaged in criminal misconduct. The question is: Will she be held accountable for doing so?

The politicized Obama Justice Department might actually reject an expected FBI call to prosecute the former Secretary of State for her reckless compromise of national security secrets and/or Clinton Foundation corruption.

Mr. McCarthy thinks, however, that Attorney General Loretta Lynch may take no action, simply running out the clock for the next eight months.

Ms. Lynch may have a disqualifying conflict of interest if she wants to stay on in a Clinton administration. She should not be allowed to stonewall this prosecution and either recuse herself or declare now that she will not serve post-Obama.
