Luis Fleischman talked about his book, Latin America in the Post-Chávez Era: The Security Threat to the United States, in which he argues that Hugo Chavez laid the groundwork for the emergence of a socialist, authoritarian takeover of South and Central America that will eventually become a serious problem for the United States.
