Cully Stimson: Defending the Patriot Act

Cully Stimson, senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, addresses the topic of the USA PATRIOT Act and, specifically, its possibly expiring provisions. During the GW Bush administration, Mr. Stimson was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Detainee Affairs. Mr. Stimson made these remarks on Capitol Hill at the Center for Security Policy’s National Security Group Luncheon.
