In partnership with other organizations and individuals, the Center for Security Policy works to develop ideas and measures to encourage protection of our nation’s most critical of critical infrastructures – the electric grid. We founded the “Secure the Grid Coalition” in 2014 for that purpose.

Co-chaired by former Director of National Intelligence, Ambassador R. James Woolsey and former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Honorable Newt Gingrich, the Secure the Grid Coalition hosts policy, energy, and national security experts, legislators, and industry insiders who are dedicated to strengthening the resilience of America’s electrical grid.
