Ray Walser: The ALBA Group & Anti-Americanism

Dr. Ray Walser is a Senior Policy Analyst for Latin America at the Douglas and Sarah Allison Center for Foreign Policy Studies (The Heritage Foundation). Before joining Heritage in 2007, Dr. Walser was a career Foreign Service Office with the State Department, where he served for 27 years.

He addressed the Center for Security Policy’s usually off-the-record National Security Luncheon on Capitol Hill on the topic of the Organization of American States relationship with Cuba.
