[Note that the cover photograph for this article was taken by a substation engineer working for a utility currently utilizing EMPRIMUS’ SolidGround Neutral Ground Blocker.  The SoldGround NBD activated 13 times at this substation during the solar storm around noon on Friday May 10^th  – twelve to twenty-four hours prior to the anticipated solar storm impacts – prompting the engineer to drive out early Saturday morning to witness the aurora that was causing the NBD to activate!]
