Steve Groves: Harold Koh & the Coalition for American Sovereignty

Steven Groves is the Bernard and Barbara Lomas Fellow at The Heritage Foundation’s Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom. Mr. Groves is responsible for developing and running the “Freedom Project,” part of Heritage’s Leadership for America campaign.

He addressed the Center for Security Policy’s usually off-the-record National Security Luncheon on Capitol Hill on the Coalition to Protect American Sovereignty and, specifically, the nomination of Harold Koh.
