Steven Groves: Resurrection of the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST)

Steven Groves, Bernard and Barbara Lomas Fellow, Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, The Heritage Foundation spoke about the specter of the supranational Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) being raised once again by John Kerry and other supporters in the Senate.
