The House IT Scandal Should Shatter the Democrats’ Glass House

Congressional Democrats are reportedly going to run this fall against alleged corruption on the part of Donald Trump and other Republicans. Inhabitants of glass houses shouldn’t throw such stones.

After all, one-out-of-five members of the House Democratic caucus employed the information technology services of a ring of Pakistani nationals that have engaged in illegal activities.  Some of their staff and office expenditures have been implicated and their official and personal communications compromised.

Worse yet, the Pakistanis have ties to their government and presumably its intelligence service.

Incredibly, this “House IT scandal” has been largely suppressed to this point, not only by the Democrats involved but by the House GOP leadership, the Department of Justice and, most recently, an Obama-appointed federal judge.

The ominous implications of this travesty will out, however.  The question is when.  Democrats’ stone-casting should ensure it’s before November’s election.
