Time now for accountability for Biden’s Afghan defeat

Providentially and to the U.S. military’s credit, its last evacuation flight from Kabul was able to depart Afghan airspace without incident. Now the damage assessment must begin, starting with who has been left behind and what the Taliban and other Sharia-supremacists will do to them.

That assessment must also address how this rout came to pass. President Biden deflects blame and has yet to hold any of his subordinates accountable – apart from Marine Lieutenant Colonel Stu Scheller who demanded their accountability and was summarily relieved of his command.

The Committee on the Present Danger: China is providing its own damage assessment today with a webinar from 1-3 p.m. Eastern Time, reviewing how the threat posed by the Chinese Communist Party will be affected by Biden’s Afghan defeat. Find out what it will mean for you – and the rest of us – at PresentDangerChina.org.
