Vote — As Your Life Depends Upon It

This is the day on which the future direction of our country will be decided – arguably to an unprecedented degree, and perhaps irreversibly so.

In fact, this is your day, the one in which you and millions of people like you will make that decision.  You may not be happy about your choices. But you still have to choose.

I urge you to do so by making an affirmative choice for president of the United States, not by staying home.

Think if it as your one chance to have a say in the course your country will follow that may well determine not only its future in some abstract way.  It will probably affect yours and your children’s and your children’s children’s in very concrete ways.

So, please. Vote as though your life depends on it. Because, indeed, it does.
