With the Utilities’ Junk Science Rebutted, Get on with Securing the Grid

One of President Trump’s most important initiatives is the executive order he issued in March to protect our nation’s critical infrastructure against electromagnetic pulse. Our enemies know they can currently use “EMP” to take down the electric “grid” and our country, which depends critically upon it. And Mother Nature’s solar storms will, if they don’t.

A congressionally mandated, blue-ribbon commission has documented these facts for eighteen years. Yet, “EMP- deniers” in the electric industry and successive administrations have long relied on wishful thinking and “junk science” to justify their refusal to take corrective action, leaving us acutely vulnerable to nation-ending catastrophe.

Yesterday, the Air Force Electromagnetic Defense Task Force thoroughly debunked their latest pretext – a seriously defective and highly misleading “study” paid for by the recalcitrant utilities.
