Ronald Reagan once said:

“Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction….It must be fought for, protected and handed on to [our children] to do the same.”

“Or…we will tell our children and our children’s children what it was like to live in the United States when men were free.”

This Fourth of July, threats to freedom abound. Each of us should consider whether we are doing what we can to fight for and protect liberty and, thereby, ensure that it might be enjoyed by our children, and theirs.

If the answer is “No,” let’s resolve on this Independence Day to join that fight – and make certain that future generations of Americans know firsthand what it is like to live in the United States as free men and women.
