International journalist and commentator al-Aqidi joins the Center as a Senior Fellow
Washington, D.C. – We are pleased to announce that Dalia al-Aqidi has joined the Center for Security Policy as a Senior Fellow.
Al-Aqidi is an award-wining international journalist and a commentator covering foreign affairs, terrorism, radical Islam and terrorist groups. She has spent over three decades reporting from the capital cities of the Middle East, Europe, and from Washington D.C. writing, producing and hosting live presentations on television and radio in English and Arabic. Al-Aqidi recently ran for Congress in Minnesota’s 3rd Congressional District.
A Muslim born in Baghdad, Iraq, al-Aqidi has been fighting terrorism and oppression through her entire adult life-whether it be through reporting –often putting her in war zones and terrorist attack locations—or through her collaboration with the U.S. Intelligence community.
