WASHINGTON — The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is the United States’ mortal enemy. The CCP explicitly seeks America’s destruction and has long used devastating, albeit pre-violent, “unrestricted warfare” techniques against us for decades — with help from their “friends” among American “captured elites.”

Now, the Chinese Communists appear poised to add to the mix a shooting war against Taiwan, other U.S. allies and partners and almost certainly American assets, personnel and territory, as well.

Too many Americans are still unaware of these realities. While many are increasingly uneasy about what the People’s Republic of China is up to, especially in the wake of what was clearly its biological warfare attack against us and the rest of the planet, most lack the full picture about the threat posed by the CCP – let alone clarity about what is to be done in response.

The Chinese Communist Party now seeks to do the same to others, including us, as evidenced by the millions murdered by its Wuhan virus genetically engineered in the Wuhan Institute of Virology biological warfare laboratory. This is among the eight Charges qualifying as “war crimes” against the United States for which the CCP must be prosecuted. Others include: economic, political and energy warfare, “elite capture,” subversion, propaganda and other information operations and hollowing out the U.S. military.

The Indictment also recommends twenty action steps that must be taken if America is to: counter the cumulative damage done by the Chinese Communist Party and its captured American elites; punish them for such criminal conduct; deter the CCP from doing still worse “kinetically”; and ultimately take it down.  This can be done by prosecuting the Chinese Communist Party & Friends — at a minimum, in the court of public opinion — and in such other settings as lend themselves to corrective action.

The Indictment includes a powerful foreward by former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon and is the first to be published by his War Room Books imprint.
