The White House said it is unacceptable that Chinese companies are helping Russia wage its war against Ukraine. Retired Col. Grant Newsham, a senior fellow at the Center for Security Policy, tells NTD that communist China benefits when the United States is distracted by chaos at home and wars abroad.
