General Boykin, a longtime friend of the Center for Security Policy, is the Family Research Council’s Executive Vice President and an ordained minister.  During his 36-year Army career, he was one of the original members of the U.S. Army’s Delta Force and served as as Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence.  He also commanded all the Army’s Green Berets as well as the Special Warfare Center and School.
