One of history’s hardest lessons is that dangerous threats get worse over time.  That certainly has been true of the menace posed by the dynastic Kim dictatorship in North Korea.

Yesterday, the ability of North Korea’s current tyrant, Kim Jong Un, to attack this country became more palpably alarming.  The ballistic missile he tested as an in-your-face 4th of July display is believed to be capable of delivering a nuclear weapon over intercontinental ranges.

Even without such a missile, however, the North has acquired the means to destroy the United States by detonating such a weapon in space, perhaps aboard one of their orbiting satellites – unleashing devastating electromagnetic pulses capable of taking out our electric grid and country.

We no longer have the luxury of ignoring such threats, or hoping someone else will save us from them.  Kim’s regime must go.
