Paging President Trump

It’s a bad time to have unelected and unaccountable officials running our country. Unconfirmed reports suggest that they are making one or more dangerous concessions to postpone until after November’s election Iran’s promised retaliation for recent Israeli assassinations of top jihadists.

One is said to be a promise to pull out of Iranian-dominated Iraq the few remaining U.S. forces that Tehran’s militias have been attacking with impunity. Such appeasement there and in Afghanistan only emboldened our enemies.

Another rumored concession would drop all pretense that we will prevent the ayatollahs from getting nuclear weapons.

We know the people running the U.S. government are redeploying woefully overstretched forces from the Pacific to the Middle East – likely to protect Iran from Israeli attack rather than the converse. That’s a flashing green-light for Communist China’s aggression against Taiwan, and probably us.
