SEOUL, South Korea – The KCPAC 2020 ROK-US Conference was held in Seoul, South Korea on August 24. The theme of this year’s conference was the alleged rigging of the April 15, 2020 South Korean parliament elections and the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) threat to the world.
KCPAC (Korea Political Conservative Action Committee) held this joint conference with its American counterpart CPAC at the Hyatt Hotel in Yongsan District, Seoul, South Korea. The conference was presided over by Min Geng-wook, a permanent representative of the National Struggle Headquarters who was improperly defeated in the April election.
The conference speakers discussed questions and problems concerning the April 2020 South Korean parliamentary election and the danger of communism to the world.
Due to the CCP virus epidemic, many conference speakers participated remotely from Seoul and the United States.
Dan Schneider, Executive Director of the American Conservative Union, said in his remarks: “A recent U.S. government report found factors that have undermined democracy globally. It found that electoral processes have been undermined more than any other democratic freedom. Throughout the world, the basic right to elect leadership has been undermined by autocracies as they find ways to control the results.”
Experts discussed the alleged fraud and problems with the April 15, 2020 South Korean national elections, including communist autocratic forces that persecute nationalism.
Concerning alleged fraud in the South Korean election, Mainichi Shimbun reporter Cho Chung-yul said: “In fact, the numbers in the proportional representation table of balloting were incorrect, but the results were finally made public. In this regard, the Electoral Affairs Commission has stated that errors have occurred in the balloting process. However, this actually violates Article 249 of the “Public Office Election Law”, the crime of forgery and profit and loss of voting.”
Fred Fleitz, Center for Security Policy President and former Executive Secretary of the White House National Security Conference said: “There is no question that a wide range of authoritarian states are actively working to undermine democracies around the world. This includes Russia, China, Iran and North Korea. It is also very likely that Cuba is trying to meddle in America’s democratic system. These states devote substantial resources, including intelligence operations, propaganda, and social media to meddle in the elections of democratic states and sometimes promote their favorite candidates in elections.” Click HERE to read Fleitz’s full remarks.
After the video conference was over, the South Korean participants discussed the problems in the April election.
