Unhook TikTok’s “Manchurian voters”

Yesterday, an overwhelming, bipartisan majority of the House of Representatives voted to ban TikTok in the U.S. unless Americans control it, rather than the Chinese Communist Party.

The action followed a classified briefing for Members about what TikTok actually is – namely, an instrument of information warfare the CCP wields relentlessly to addict, propagandize, spy on and increasingly weaponize our countrymen and women.

While the secret information shared is not available, a riveting Committee on the Present Danger: China webinar yesterday revealed that TikTok is “digital fentanyl” that seriously threatens U.S. national security, as well as its addicts.

TikTok’s cash-wielding lobbyists and millions of U.S. users will heed CCP demands to kill this bill in the Senate. The exercise will confirm that America has allowed our mortal enemy to create a generation or two of “Manchurian voters.”

We must start unhooking them now.
