Waging a counter-Islamist offensive in America: Christopher Holton
CSP Senior Analyst Christopher Holton joined the Middle East Forum to discuss a counter-Islamist Offensive in America.
Christopher Holton has spent much of his career working with American state governments to fight the spread of Islamism. He introduced model legislation prohibiting state courts from considering Shariah law in family and civil court cases, and he lobbied state governments to divest their pension funds from state sponsors of terrorism, such as Iran. Mr. Holton’s latest campaign seeks to establish a “Terrorist Registry” to monitor terrorism offenders set to be released into American communities after serving their prison sentences. Learn more about these initiatives and how state governments are used to counter Islamist threats.
