Biden’s Hollow Condemnation

Today former Vice President Joe Biden responded to vicious attacks on peaceful Trump supporters in Washington, DC over the weekend by Antifa and BLM terrorists with a meaningless, generic condemnation of “all acts of violence.”

Condemning acts of violence without condemning the perpetrators is absurd and insulting to the intelligence of the American people. Assault and battery, vandalism, arson and rioting don’t just “happen.” These are crimes that are committed by people and for years now they are crimes that have been systematically committed on a massive scale by a communist movement known as Antifa.

Antifa’s tactics and procedures were on full display for the cameras this weekend in Washington, DC with their organized “black blocs” pursuing and assaulting peaceful Trump supporters—even children—seeking to exercise their constitutional right to freedom of expression and free assembly.

Despite this, Joe Biden refuses to even acknowledge that Antifa exists and has repeatedly skirted opportunities to condemn the movement.

This is reminiscent of Muslim Brotherhood Imams refusing to condemn murderous HAMAS terrorism in Israel by using the same cynical language that Joe Biden uses to avoid condemning Antifa terrorists: “We condemn all forms of terrorism.”

If Biden is truly serious about becoming president of the United States, then he needs to quit running interference for America’s most active domestic terrorist organization—Antifa—and do the right thing and condemn them by name.
