The Center champions U.S. exploitation of critical technologies to ensure America always enjoys the military advantages that deter aggression and assure victory if deterrence fails. This project focuses on understanding the nature of technologies that are truly decisive and transformational, effectively advocating for their development and utilization by the United States, and restricting access to foreign foes and competitors who seek the same technologies. The project supports policies, programs and the budgets necessary to provide enhanced global power-projection and defensive capabilities.
