Paul Rosenzweig is former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy at the Department of Homeland Security and Visiting Fellow at The Heritage Foundation, Davis Institute for International Studies. Here he lectures on the Christmas Day airline bomber and how to prevent terrorist travel in the future at the Center for Security Policy’s National Security Group Lunch on Capitol Hill.
