Hon. Dr. Tevi Troy is former Deputy Secretary at the US Department of Health and Human Services. Today he is a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Hudson Institute. He spoke to the Center for Security Policy’s National Security Group on Capitol Hill. The topic was Assessing Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response.
