Ukraine’s Kursk incursion a ‘very substantial achievement,’ too early to tell if game-changer for Putin: Illarionov
Ukraine now holds a substantial swath of Russian territory after a cross-border attack into the Kursk region took the Russian military by surprise.
NTD spoke to Andrei Illarionov, CSP senior analyst for Russian and European affairs, who casts this as “a very substantial achievement” for Ukraine. However, he says it’s still too early to tell if the incursion will be a game-changer for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
