On Sunday night I was joined for a discussion of the IDF’s conceptual failure that blinded the General Staff to the threat Hamas posed to Israel in the months preceding Saturday’s invasion. David and I also discussed the Biden administration’s contribution to Hamas’s actions, particularly through its efforts to appease Hamas’s state sponsor – Iran.
